His background in high-performance sales leadership, including key roles at Medical Solutions, gives him a clear playbook for driving revenue, building durable sales cultures, and managing large, complex agencies.

Managing Partner
Adam brings a blend of strategic training and hands-on execution. As former owner of Moxie Mentoring and CliniSight LLC, he has helped healthcare staffing agencies improve performance through focused consulting and workflow optimization.
He’s worked across the full recruitment lifecycle (as VP of Recruitment, Account Manager, and Dual-Desk Recruiter) backed by the discipline and leadership forged in the United States Marine Corps.

Pete focuses on the operational backbone of staffing firms. He most recently served as Executive Vice President at CrossMed Healthcare Staffing and previously spent over five years as COO and Managing Partner at Summit Medical Staffing, where he led company-wide operations and scaling efforts.
His experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, combined with an earlier career as a Police Officer and Deputy Sheriff, shapes his approach to accountability, ethics, and practical problem-solving.
